Hanna Carrell Headshot
In 2019, I graduated from Gonzaga University with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling.

Currently, I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) working in private practice for the last 3 years. I work with varying identities, ages, strengths, and challenges, though I have a special interest and passion working with LGBTQ+, ENM/polyamory, relationship challenges, grief/loss, and anxiety/depression. I use strength based and affirmative approaches, along with CBT, DBT, ACT, and process comments to aid awareness and understanding.

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental place, while also providing support and resources to help you reach your goals. By working together, you will be able to learn to change the way you think, feel empowered to create change, and have a safe, trusting place to feel heard and work through life barriers.

Life can at times be uncertain, scary, challenging, and it can bring up many other uncomfortable feelings. These can significantly impact your wellbeing, understanding of yourself, your relationships, quality of life, and interfere with the goals you have for yourself. I can help guide you in your mental health and life journey, using a collaborative approach. Together, we can explore ways of managing the challenges that life throws your way.
